- Go to the JCPenny associate homepage. The URL for the page is jcpassociates.com.
- Click on the ‘Associate Kiosk @ Home‘ from the available options.
- A new tab opens automatically requesting your login credentials.
- Enter your User Name and Password in the space given.
- Click on the ‘Login’ button.
Retrieve JCP Associate Kiosk Login Details
- Visit the link jcpassociates.com
- On the login page click on the link saying ‘I want to change my password’ placed left of the section provided to add your login information.
- Enter your 9-digit Employee ID and click on the ‘Search’ button to verify yourself
- You can call on 1.800.879.1111 for a forgotten employee ID.
- You need to answer all the security questions correctly and click on the ‘check answer’ button.
- Check the ‘I Agree’ box and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
- You have to create a new password following all the instructions there and click on ‘Change Password’.
How to Create JCP Login Account
- To create the account use the official link jcpenney.com
- Click on the ‘Create account’ button below the login boxes.
- Add your name, phone number, email, and password click on the ‘Create account’ button.
Access your JCP Login Account
- If you want to shop at JCP stores you can log in with the online account
- Type the URL jcpenney.com in the browser search box and click enter
- Click on the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right side of the page.
- Enter the required login details click on ‘Sign in’ button.
