National Finance Center has developed the NFC EPP Login portal for its employees. If you are associated with the NFC then you can sign in. Anyone who hasn’t yet registered for an account online can sign up at the website of the finance center.
Once the user has logged in he/she will be able to access their work schedule, human resources, healthcare and insurance, sign up for employee benefits, view and make changes to their salary, access benefit information and access their personal details.

How to Log into NFC EPP
- For signing in open the NFC EPP Login website. www.nfc.usda.gov/EPPS
- Secondly, accept the consent there by clicking on the ‘I Agree’ button below.
- At the top right, you will find a widget to choose a sign-in option.
- Select the ‘Sign in with EPP Account’ button and a new login page opens.
- Then enter your user id and password.
- And click on the Login button.
Access your NFC PIV Login Account
- To access your HFC PIV login Account go to www.nfc.usda.gov/EPPS link.
- Then accept the consent by clicking on the ‘I Agree’ button below.
- After that click on the ‘sign in with PIV’ button.
- Then select the Agency and click on the Submit button for further process.

Forgot your Password
- In case you have lost your password navigate to the login website.www.nfc.usda.gov/EPPS
- Next, proceed to the main login webpage by clicking on the ‘Sign in with EPP Account’ button.
- Thirdly click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link which is below the login button.
- Next, a new website opens that features the password reset section.
- Provide your user id and date of birth there and you will be able to reset your password.
